Slime Separator

Working Principle: Feeding from slurry feeding pipe into the separator forms a suspension bed with a certain density. When it reaches a stable state, particles with a density lower than the average density of the bed will float and enter the float product. Particles with a density higher than the average density of the bed pass going through the bed and enter the sediment through the discharge port.  Product characteristics: The separator is a new type of equipment for separating coarse slime, and its particle size is between 0.25-1 mm. The amount of slime entering the flotation system is reduced, which not only saves the dosage of flotation reagents, but also reduces the load of the slime water system and improves  the final clean coal production of the coal preparation plant..

34.00Mt/a Daliuta Coal Preparation Plant of Shenhua Shendong Group

Construction scale: The production capacity of coal preparation plant is 34.0Mt/a.Coal preparation process: 200-13mm lump coal is separated by 6mm wet dewatering and 200-6mm heavy medium shallow separation. The 13-0mm final coal is further separated by the 6(5)mm dry method, and the 13-6(5)mm final coal is separated by the pressurized two-product heavy medium cyclone, and the 6(5)-0mm final coal is directly mixed into the product. The 1.5-0.2mm coarse coal slurry entering the system is separated by a spiral separator, and the - 0.2mm slime is recovered by a filter press.

SDIC Hami No. 1 Coal Minie Coal Preparation Plant

Construction scale: 12.0Mt/a. Coal preparation process: 150-13mm lump coal washed, -13mm fine coal not washed, and the -13mm coal washing interface is reserved; slurry in lump coal washing system is treated separately by coarse slime and fine slime, 3-0.25mm coarse slime is dewatered and recovered by slime centrifuge and - 0.25mm fine slime is dewatered and recovered by fast-opening diaphragm filter press.
