Dadi Profile: DADI Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Group Company) was established in 1995. It was a Sino-Australian joint venture approved and registered by the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China and belonged to the former Ministry of Coal Industry. In 2007, it was restructured into a joint-stock company with registered capital of 117,114,998 CNY. Group Company has 2 business departments, 2 branches, 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 4 holding subsidiaries. The company holds the State-issued Grade A Credit Certificate of Engineering Consulting Institutions, Grade A Qualification Certificate of Engineering Survey and Engineering Design, and Class I Qualification Certificate of EPC (Turn-key) Project of Mining Construction. It has passed the certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000, and obtained AAA Grade Certificate of Enterprise Credit & Certificate of Approval for Measuring Instrument Type. The Company has branches or offices in Australia, United States, South Africa, Mozambique, Tianjin, Taiyuan, Ordos, Xi’an, Yinchuan and Urumqi, etc. Group Company has more than 3,000 employees among which there are more than 600 engineers, 5 design masters, more than 60 professor-level engineers, more than 150 senior engineers, and more than 80 registered personnel of various fields. The design engineering sector has engineering research team and project management team with professional and technical support and reasonable personnel structure. It provides domestic and foreign customers with general planning of mining area, consultation, survey, design, EPC and construction services of underground coal mine, open-pit coal mine, coal preparation plant, coal deep processing, coal collection & distribution station and coal blending center, green mine and goaf treatment, waste heat utilization, energy saving & emissions reduction and intelligent dry separation. Entrusted operation sector has gathered a group of enterprising excellent managers and employees. They are engaged in the operation and maintenance of large-scale coal preparation plants in accordance with the management principle of “streamlined organization, efficient operation, up-down communication, left-right interaction”, and have rich management experience. Equipment manufacture and intelligentization sector includes horizontal screen, circular motion vibrating screen, banana screen, flip-flop screen, high frequency screen, sieve bend, centrifuge, X-ray intelligent dry separator, slime separator, slime thickener, automatic dosing system, heavy medium separator, heavy medium cyclone, classifying cyclone, exciter, wear-resistant pipeline, wear-resistant valve, slime filter cake breaker, steel structure component, high opening rate polyurethane continuous screen panel, stainless steel screen panel, centrifuge basket, high & low voltage switchgear, manufacture & development/integration of electrical engineering and automation system and intelligent development in mining engineering design & coal preparation plant operation, etc. Energy-saving and environmental protection sector has dozens of core technology patents, among which the direct-cooling deep enthalpy exhaust air heat pump technology and other technologies are among the first in China and in the leading position of the world. The sector has completed a number of businesses endeavors such as energy saving & environmental protection and clean heating in the fields of coal, nonferrous metals, and chemicals, etc. Green technology sector is the leader in the development and application of new technologies in the fields of green mines, prevention & abatement of mining damage and intelligent monitoring of mine geological & environmental disasters. It has completed several engineering projects such as special survey and anti-deformation design for Tangshan and Xiahuayuan goafs, etc., making outstanding contributions to the implementation of the green development concept of ”Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”. The Group Company has made great achievements and run its business all over the Chinese and international market. Under the leadership of mining design masters and coal preparation design masters, it has successively designed and built more than 60 large-scale and super-large scale underground coal mines & open-pit coal mines, more than 200 coal preparation plants, more than 20 national level coal stocking/blending centers & coal collection/distribution stations, more than 50 waste heat utilization projects, and more than 30 green mine and goaf treatment projects. It has also completed more than 60 EPC projects, including coal preparation plants, coal stocking/blending centers & coal collection/distribution stations, waste heat utilization, goaf treatment, oil shale and coal semi-coke. It has been operating more than 20 coal preparation plants.
