From June 27 to 28, 2019, the annual meeting of the Washing and Processing Professional Committee of Shanxi Coal Processing and Utilization Society was held in Datong, a historic city and ancient capital of the Northern Wei Dynasty. At this meeting, Detong Electric demonstrated the products related to the intellectualization of coal preparation plant, showing its strong technological research and development strength. Now several highlights were selected to share with you.

Product 1: intelligent power transmission system

Detong intelligent power transmission system consists of two products, namely, the power transmission digital approval system and the power transmission remote control system. These two products can also be used separately.

★Power transmission digital approval system: by using 4G, WiFi or mobile wireless networks to implement lading bills, verification, approval, push, etc., avoiding filling out paper documents, and complete the approval process in real time and efficiently.

★ Power transmission remote control system: increase the electric operating mechanism, realize remote centralized control, avoiding manual operation by personnel and running back and forth in multiple power distribution rooms. The power transmission station is connected to the whole plant centralized control system, realizing data sharing, equipment power status, maintenance status and the start-stop circuit are logically locked to avoid human error.

★Detong intelligent power transmission system has 5 highlights: network approval, convenient and fast; associated padlock, easy-to-read; remote operation, avoid running errands, video verification, clear results, information transparency, everything traceable.

Product 2: Intelligent CPP Management System (iCMES)

iCMES is a software aggregation platform for many intelligent new products and a software product with independent intellectual property rights of Detong Electric. The iCMES system includes modules such as technical management, quality management, production management, electromechanical management, and safety management. Its data links cover production control systems, equipment online monitoring systems, video surveillance systems, sample preparation and test data, safety procedures, and management systems, operation guidance and emergency plan, etc., almost inclusive of the entire process of production management of the coal preparation plant.

Product 3: Intelligent Control

Detong Intelligent Coal Preparation Expert Team has carried out many technical discussions with famous experts and professors in universities, scientific research institutes, coal industry groups and other industries, and with the help of university experts and their own ability to research and develop new technology, it has developed control technology for intelligent heavy media, intelligent concentration, intelligent flotation, intelligent filtration, etc., which play a strong role in reducing people and improving efficiency, improving quality and efficiency of CPP.

Product 4: Intelligent Dispatch Command Platform (iCPCC) and Coal Preparation Data Center (iCDC)

Based on decades of experience in automation integration and more than 300 domestic and international engineering cases, Detong’s R&D team has developed dozens of intelligent software and tools such as Data-suite, sMES and DV-suite. At present, it has been able to realize data fusion and sharing of existing subsystems in the coal preparation plant and eliminate information isolated islands. Allows managers to monitor all subsystems on a single terminal without the need for multiple computer conversions. Through the establishment of a three-dimensional model, real-time simulation data display of the whole plant is realized.

According to the needs of the system, the coal preparation data center (iCDC) product was developed, and the virtual technology was used to replace the original multiple industrial computers and servers, which simplified the system structure, facilitated maintenance management, and improved reliability.

Product 5: Equipment Scanning Management System

By using advanced data communication technology, Detong has independently developed equipment scanner management system which has broken through the communication barriers of the existing automation network subsystems of coal preparation plant, and has realized multi-dimensional query of data related to the equipment through scanning equipment two-dimensional code.

Highlights:

1. The basic equipment account data, daily production management records, maintenance and lubrication records are updated on-line.

2. The production data such as PLC control system information and equipment health monitoring system can be queried by sweeping code.

3. The video monitoring information associated with the device can be viewed immediately and vividly.

4. The information of inventory spare parts system and the resource inventory can be checked in time.
