From July 31 to August 2, 2019, the heads of departments, business departments, branches and subsidiaries of Dadi Engineering Development Group Company gathered together for work summary meeting of the first half of 2019 in Langfang Holiday Conference Center. The meeting was an important work summary meeting and work deployment meeting of the Group Company after two years integration and one and a half years operation in accordance with the modern corporate governance structure.

         The meeting was chaired by ZHOU Shaorei, Vice Chairman and Executive General Manager of the Group Company. Eleven units of the Group Company reported on their respective operations in the first half of 2019. Each unit summarized abundant and detailed materials and reported on production, operation, sales, personnel, finance, scientific and technological innovation, safety management, existing problems and work plan for the second half of the year.

Mr. Zhou made a work report on behalf of the Group Company, sorted out the marketing, finance, production and personnel data of each unit in the first half year, analyzed the technical and technological innovation, safety production management and other aspects of each unit, and commented on the assessment of economic indicators of each unit in the last half year. He summarized the situation of the construction of corporate governance system, promotion of listing, implementation of development strategy and daily work in the first half of the year, pointed out the problems and difficulties in the first half of the year, and gave suggestions and countermeasures. In the work deployment in the second half of 2019, all units are required to overcome difficulties and fully accomplish the tasks of the whole year. It was emphasized that we should continue to deepen the construction of the corporate governance system of the group, take the listing as the central task, and strengthen the construction of market sales, financial control system, excellent personnel training, scientific and technological development, safety production management, product quality management and other work, further improve the enterprise performance appraisal system and in-depth study of enterprise development strategy, so as to maintain the sustained growth of economic indicators of the Group Company. Finally, Mr. Zhou pointed out that, while achieving the achievements in the first half of the year, we should also clearly see the difficulties and challenges faced by the Group and various units, the existing problems and shortcomings in the work, strengthen technological upgrading and scientific and technological research and development efforts, promote business model innovation rapidly, and continuously promote product restructuring and optimization, upgrading and transformation; accelerate the construction of internal control system; establish a market concept of advancing with the times; make a good plan for talents to strengthen enterprises; and formulate enterprise development strategy.

The meeting also invited RONG Baoming, Deputy General Manager of Aury Company, to share the marketing experience of “Sales Network Construction and Marketing Strategy Analysis”; and Meiteng Technology Company to make a report on “New Development and New Application of Meiteng Products”.

WANG Dongping, the legal representative and General Manager of the Group Company, fully affirmed the work reports of the Group Company and its units, commented on each work, and put forward new requirements for the work in the second half of the year.

XIE Meihua, Chairman of the Group Company, affirmed the achievements of the Group Company and its units in the first half of the year. From a strategic point of view, he pointed out the importance of technological innovation, talent training, promotion of listing and optimization of incentive mechanism. He is full of confidence in the development prospects of Dadi Group Company.

The meeting summarized the work of the group company in the first half of the year, promoted mutual learning and complementarity between the various units, and clarified the tasks and work objectives for the second half of the year. It is believed that under the unified leadership of the board of directors of the Group, and the spirit of truth-seeking and and pragmatism, innovation and transcendence, we will surely be able to complete the full-year goals and tasks in a comprehensive and high-quality manner.
