On July 10, 2019, the EPC project of Coal Preparation Plant of Shaanxi Jinyuan Zhaoxian Mining Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd., was checked and accepted by relevant personnel organized by Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group Company. The acceptance team listened to the reports of Zhaoxian Mining, EPC Contracting Unit and Engineering Supervision Unit, inspected the project entity and consulted the relevant information on site, and formed the following acceptance opinions: the quality of the project entity, archives, etc. all meet the requirements of the design and acceptance criteria, and agreed to pass the acceptance. It marks that the project has formally entered the stage of operation.

The coal preparation process of Zhaoxian Coal Preparation Plant is as follows: 300-80mm TDS intelligent dry separator pre-discharges waste, 80-0mm for 6mm deep screening, 80-6mm non-desliming and non-pressure three-product heavy medium cyclone separation, -6mm non-separation direct bypass, 1.5-0.25mm coarse slime is by arc screen +centrifuge dewatered recovery, 0.25-0mm fine slime is concentrated and then by press filter dewatered recovery. For the first time in the Yongji mining area in Shaanxi, a number of new coal preparation technologies, such as TDS intelligent separation and flip-flop screen depth screening, were adopted. It is also the first coal preparation plant of Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group to successfully put TDS intelligent dry separation technology into operation, and has achieved good results.

Zhaoxian Coal Preparation Plant is the first green, high-yield and high-efficiency modern coal preparation plant cooperated by Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group and Dadi Group. Dadi Group Company has accomplished its goal of building the project into a model and high-quality project of Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group. Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group praised the work spirit of “Honesty, Pragmatism and Pursuit of Excellence” of Dadi Group Company, and affirmed the TDS dry separator with wide granularity and high separation accuracy, which laid a good foundation for further cooperation between the two sides.

The successful completion and acceptance of the project marked the substantial achievements of the cooperation between Dadi Group and Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group, and laid a good foundation for further cooperation between the two sides.
