The dust collector is equipped with an automatic control system and an energy-saving management system. By real-time monitoring of changes in pressure and filtration resistance inside and outside the dust collector, the cleaning pressure is automatically set (automatically adjusted between 0.2 and 0.6 MPa) to automatically control the opening and closing of the pulse valve and the blowing time, to achieve effective cleaning and energy saving.

 Equipment features:

        1) Compared with the same volume bag filter, the filter area is larger, the filtration wind speed is smaller and the filtration resistance is smaller.

        2) The height of the filter cartridge is short, adopting quick release design, convenient installation and small amount of maintenance work.

        3) In view of the working environment of coal mine, anti-static membrane filter cartridge is selected (the recovery rate of inhalable particles over 1 μm can reach 99.95%).

        4) The strength of the filter cartridge is high and the service life is long, which can reduce the maintenance workload of the dust collector.

        5) By automatically adjusting the pressure of the compressed air bag from 0.2-0.6 MPa, the consumption of compressed air can be reduced and the service life of the filter cartridge can be extended.

        6) The dust concentration of the dust collector is less than 30 mg/m, and the dust concentration of the working environment is 6-10 mg/m.

        Application areas:

        It is mainly used for dust removal in coal mine and coal preparation plant, such as reloading (unloading), screening, transportation and so on.
